“This letter is written as a testimonial to the Rugby BNI Chapter Director, Sarah Bladon of exec:secs. Quite simply, at a recent chapter meeting, Sarah gave an insight into the advantages of the proper implementation of Outlook, on personal computers. Not only can reminders be placed in the system for automatic, timed reminders, but these can also be flagged.
Having attempted the changeover from the old fashioned diary system, I can only say how much simpler and quicker the process has become. In addition, it is as though a “fail safe” has been built in, so I no longer miss the reminders or follow ups. The result is a marked improvement in customer service for The Best of Rugby.”
