exec:secs have recently carried out various pieces of work for us, one of which was a review of our office management systems. When they first visited, because we are so busy we could barely see the floor for stock, as we have to hold onto equipment for clients and had literally run out of space to put things.
After several visits to our office, lasting a total of 11 hours, exec:secs have now totally reorganised it and we can now see the floor once again! They have also put systems in place to enable us to be more organised on a daily basis and freeing up our time to support our customers, as well as giving advice on beneficial items of stationery.
We would highly recommend exec:secs to anybody with a business who does not have access to office/secretarial support and finds it difficult to find the time to organise their systems. Now that we have had this done, we would hate to go back to the way things were – it’s a real incentive to keep on top of things from now on.
We have probably already earned the fees back that we have paid to exec:secs, as we can now spend more time helping our customers.
