“Many thanks for the really excellent training session you gave me on Mail Merge! For several years I’ve managed to use Mail Merge to generate mailing labels from Excel spreadsheets, but only by following a messy, frustrating and haphazard process. I found some of the words used by Mail Merge to be unclear or even ambiguous.
My 2006 business plan also requires that I generate customised Word documents from Excel spreadsheets but I had so far failed to achieve this.
However, the basic training tutorial you gave me sorted out (in minutes!) all the issues which had previously wasted me many hours of time. Also, the tips you gave me on getting the most out of the system are proving absolutely invaluable.
I would heartily encourage anyone who feels that they are not getting the most out of a Microsoft package, or even feel in personal combat with it, to give exec:secs a ring and arrange a tailored training tutorial. Personally I only wish I had organised it years ago! I now feel confident that I can achieve far more for my business out of my Excel database.”
