The quality of the training provided was excellent. exec:secs recently provided me with some much-needed assistance with a task that I found onerous in the extreme. exec:secs took on the job at short notice and with the minimum of instruction.

exec:secs used their initiative; they not only completed the required job in very little time but also complied a complete file of the contacts’ account numbers etc which was emailed to me. The file has now proved to be really useful bit of foresight, as I now need to write to these contacts again.

I have no hesitation in recommending exec:secs, I will be using their service again.

exec:secs has quickly and accurately produced two sets of PowerPoint presentations (approx 70 pages each) for my company (based over 200 miles away in Devon) to a very high standard.

I appreciated not only the ability to produce the work in PowerPoint, but also the fact that they provided expert advice on design layout as part of the service. My client was also extremely impressed with the presentation.

Being a graphic designer, I use Excel predominantly for producing charts for clients, but I didn’t know how I could use it to streamline my business.

I had recently bought an Excel manual, but there’s nothing like a 1-2-1 training session to get you started. I explained to exec:secs exactly what I wanted to be able to do, and with their help I can now efficiently document my invoicing, estimates and record my business expenses. They showed me how to create a consolidated worksheet, showing my outgoings and incomings for the year at a glance.

I use Outlook every day for my emails, but I had no idea of all the different functions it could offer.

exec:secs gave me training on the various capabilities of Outlook, and I now use the calendar to organise my day. I also use the contacts area extensively, as I do a lot of networking to promote my business and need to store that information electronically for future reference. There is also a tasks area where I can now write my to do lists, rather than having bits of paper all over my desk.

The training has improved my time management, as well as reducing my paper-based systems. I would highly recommend exec:secs to anybody else in business who needs to work more effectively.
